The reason for the fluctuation for the “Number of Families served” is due to variance in contract deliverables. As of FY14 to the present, we were contracted to serve 96 families. Prior to that we were contracted to serve 110 families– FY10, 82 families, FY11, and the number varied depending on the year(s) and available funding. Each year we provided explanation for why contractual numbers may not have been met. The change in deliverables pertained to a cut in the budget. As a result of the reduction of the budget, we lost 2 case managers.

Although there was a variance in numbers projected to serve according to the individual fiscal year's contracts, the CPA has consistently held a target of 70 families over the years.
