Story Behind the Curve
- The number of cases where charges are filed depends on the evidence and disclosure. The State’s Attorney has certain requirements which must be met in order to press charges in any given case. Our team works closely to provide the most accurate evidence in order to assist in this process. New criminal neglect statutes have come into effect in Maryland in recent years which have increased our prosecution cases.
