Story Behind the Curve
Over the past three years, averages of 94% of clients agree that services met needs. Program is attempting to increase the number of completed surveys. The Cricket Center has switched to a web-based customer satisfaction survey. This outcome measurement tool provides a brief survey at the start of services and also an exit survey. This will help determine what services are necessary to improve upon as well as reinforcing what is being done well.
