There has been a downward trend from baseline of 34% from 2014 to 2016, however, a slight current upward trend of 1% from 2015 to 2016. The program continues to meet requirements and is based on goals/objectives.
What has worked well?:Going to facilities such as the Jail, C4CS or Diakonia has worked very well and been well received
What needs improvement?: Establish/re-connect with the court system is paramount for expanding the program
