Story Behind the Curve
The number of individuals reporting no substance use or decreased use within the first 12
months of the program has increased the first half of fiscal year 2017. Clients and their counselors
develop treatment plans together and participants identify the goals that they are willing to work on
while in treatment then works towards them. Participants who have a verbalized a desire to decrease
use or achieve abstinence is supported in treatment this will leads to a decrease of use or abstinence.
