Program Summary
A community-based program that utilizes a researched-based model (conceptual framework, common language, interventions, and tools) to increase resources and outcomes for low-income individuals with a goal of reducing child poverty by building a stronger, sustainable community.The Program develops resources on three levels to address poverty: individual, institutional, and community/policy and engages people from all economic backgrounds at all three levels for a systemic approach to building resources through innovating and sharing knowledge.
Target Population
Families with children age birth to 18 whose family income is equal to or below the federal poverty threshold.
