Reducing Trauma, Promoting Healing Program provides a safe, secure, child-friendly facility for the investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child abuse.

Children ages birth through 17 who have been the victim of child physical abuse/assault, child sexual abuse/assault, and neglect residing in Allegany County, MD
