Program Summary

Utilizing Spark, an evidenced-based physical activity and nutrition programs, teaching staff can help students develop healthy lifestyles, enhance motor skills and movement knowledge, and improve their social and interpersonal skills.

Target Population

Low-Income youth ages 11 to 13 (60% qualify for FARMs) at Westmar Middle School.
