Single Point of Access (Frederick County) Annual

Program Summary

The Western Maryland 2-1-1 system will provide a “Single Point of Access” 24 hours a day, seven days per week for families with human service needs in Frederick County. Trained phone counselors will be available to respond to the needs of callers in Frederick County – from resource and referral to more urgent mental health needs. The Single Point of Access may also serve as an entry and referral point for jurisdiction-based navigation services.
