Local Access Mechanism (LAM - Harford County) Annual

Harford County’s LAM is carried out by Family Navigators that serve as a single point of access by which all families have opportunity to be linked with resources. Navigators also ensure that families are aware of how to access federal nutrition programs including Food Stamps, Free and Reduced Price School Meals, the School Breakfast Program and the Women, Infants and Children Program.
