FY16 some of the performance measures were not requested from this program during the time it was needed to be requested of the program. Thus the program was not able to collect data on certain measures. Additionally, the program changed their survey and did not ask the "Peer and Teacher Relationship" performance measure, thus not reporting on the data.

An after school program at three of the Community Homes complexes where students will have the opportunity to receive academic support in addition to learning and experiencing cultural and social awareness.

The program is open to all 4^th, 5th and 6^th graders residing in the Community Homes complexes that have been referred by their parent or guardian.
