What We Do
Case Management services at 4 middle schools that coordinates youth/family connection to behavioral, academic, and social resources. For FY2016, Case management services are provided at Anchor Points Academy (APA) for youth in grades 6-12 that coordinates youth/family connection to behavioral, academic, and social resources.
Who We Serve
Middle school students at risk of entry into the juvenile justice system. For FY2016, Anchor Points Academy students at risk of entry into the juvenile justice system and/or dropping out of school.
