Monitor Indicators - Infant Mortality, Pregnancy, Birth and Babies
This Monitoring Scorecard displays indicators that do not appear on the main Buncombe CHIP Scorecard; however, we want to monitor them and therefore commit to updating them.
Many of these indicators are monitored annually for Buncombe's SOTCH (State of the County's Health) Report. SOTCH Report reviews data to determine if an indicator is trending toward improving or worsening, or if it's an emerging issue that may need attention by community leaders and partners.
