The HFA program is a federally approved home visiting program and is well documented utilizing multiple curriculums including those for conducting assessments, home visiting and addressing topics including baby health, infant and child development, domestic violence and recognizing substance abuse. |
Target Population

The designed for parents facing challenges such as single parenthood; low income; childhood history of abuse and other adverse child experiences; and current or previous issues related to substance abuse, mental health issues, and/or domestic violence who are pregnant or have children under three months old. |
