For FY 16, although 97% of families stated that they understood how to contact the suggested agencies/organizations, and 92% of families indicated they had success in contacting them, this outcome is not one that Navigators have as much an impact on due to the limitations of systems not having enough resources to meet the needs, of waiting lists, and/or reduced funding for services.
