Story Behind the Curve
This is the first year for the impact of incarceration component of the program. The involvement of the incarcerated parent has proved challenging due to the incarcerated not wanting the children to know they are incarcerated or the caregiving parenting not wanting the children involved in the incarceration. The vendor will continue to work with both parents and the youth towards reunification following discharge.
