Story Behind the Curve
This PM measures the number of youth and adults combined. In the first half of Fy18 the breakdown between youth and adults for this PM is 40 youth + 28 adults. In the second half of FY18 the breakdown is 113 youth + 15 adults. However the following PMs only count youth participating in engagement efforts.
