Story Behind the Curve
In addition to the disconnected youth, we engaged other youth and adults to support civic engagement opportunities through Bridges, including creation of a list of affordable afterschool and summer youth programs, planning of a little pantry service-for non-food items, and support of the poverty simulations.
Data Discussion
The strengths gained by the disconnected youth are noted under #4. The only other group we were able to track attainment of a new skill were the R Rules participants and 17 of them gained a new skill through participation.
