This quarter, 2 additional opportunity youth graduated, bringing the total for the year to 5 or 50% of those enrolled. Recruitment efforts included outreach to Alternative Sentencing, faith communities, Salvation Army, Cumberland Housing, Cumberland Police, Union Rescue Mission, outside libraries where free Wi-fi is accessed and a McDonald’s restaurant in an underserved area.
