Big Hope Network youth groups spent the quarter talking about emotions (good and bad) and how to cope with bad emotions. Participants had the opportunity to share about things that make them happy, sad, stressed, or frustrated. Participants shared how they deal with their feelings and learned a few other ways to do so well.
