What Works
Parents as Teachers aims to provide parents with new skills and resources, which allows parents to appropriately support their childrens' development. The pre and post survey help measure how confident parents feel in understanding and supporting their childrens' developmental milestones. The survey is also made available in Spanish as there are several families who utilize the spanish speaking home visitor.

Data Discussion
Surveys are distributed to parents as they complete their Parents as Teachers program. The surveys are then provided to the Local Management Board at the end of each fiscal year.

A 10 question confidential survey desinged to measure an increase in confidence in parenting skills and child development.
