DFS is in the process of obtaining this data. FY2018: Progressive Life Center does not track out of home placement and reports of abuse and neglect 6 months after program completion.  Our contract monitor has traditionally been responsible for obtaining that data from Prince George's County Department of Social Services using the Closed Cases list that is submitted monthly. This list includes the closed dates of the families, the children and caregivers' birthdates in order to retrieve information about reports of abuse/neglect and out of home placement.
