Garrett County School System, which partners collaboratively with Early Childhood Education through Overlook Judy Center and Head Start/Early Head Start programs, Partners After School program (Two 21^st Century Community Learning Center Programs and the PAS@Oakland program), Department of Social Services, Diversion of Youth and Family Navigation initiative, Garrett County Community Action Committee, Inc., Towns of Kitzmiller; Friendsville; Bloomington; Grantsville; Avilton Community Center; Glades Pavilion at Glades Apartment Complex in Oakland; Crellin; and Pleasant Valley Community Center.

The bus is known to for driving around the community the day of the scheduled activity and drawing attention to children and families. The staff on the bus has encouraged attendance this way by stopping and inviting families to attend. At one scheduled activity this was done by staff which caused several children and families to come out of their homes and walk down to the area's elementary school and attend the program.
