Story Behind the Curve
This was a new program concept for FY2018. Finding Opportunity Youth was difficult enough, but then getting local businesses to "buy" into the 100K Coalition and then employ and/or train the mentees for a position with their company - even harder. However, although we set a goal of 80%, we came pretty close with 70%.
We will continue to strive for higher business recruitment for FY2019.
