Home visits are calculated in the following manner:  Lead Teachers complete 3 home visits on each child per year; Initial, Mid-year and Final (contingent upon enrollment date).  Home Visits for Family Services Specialist are counted per family to complete the Self-Sufficiency Crisis to Thrive Scale.  Only one Self-Sufficiency Crisis to Thrive Matrix is completed per family. Families with greater needs require additional home visits.   In the first half of the year (19) home visits were conducted in the following way: (7) Lead Teacher Initial Home Visits were completed per child (contingent upon enrollment date); (12) Family Services Specialist Home Visits were completed per family, (6) for the purpose of completing the Self Sufficiency Crisis to Thrive Matrix and (6) for additional support.  In the second half of the year the Lead Teacher completed a total combined of (12) home visits: (2) Initial, (4) Mid-year and (6) Final (contingent upon enrollment date); the Family Services Specialist completed a total of (13) home visits per family.
