The packages are packed and sorted in storage by volunteers for site managers to be picked up. The packages are signed out by the site manager and handed out to students on-site. The site manager reports the number of packages given in a spreadsheet and provides it on a bi-weekly basis to the Program Manager. The data is compiled by each site by the Program Manager and reported to Family League on a quarterly basis.
