Program Summary

Thriving Communities – Community Conversation - Working together to move from Poverty to prosperity for all is a guide that was designed as a tool for dialogue to help communities make decisions about how they would address poverty.

Strong Starts for Children dialogue tool was designed as a guide to help communities make decisions about how they will address issues around Early Childhood Development. This guide will help show people in the community how to get involved in improving the overall well-being of our youngest learners.
