A-OK is a mentoring and tutoring program that help students by being adults they can count on, exposing students to new information , experiences and ideas; assisting with school assignments and practicing academics skills; listening to students concerns and helping them explore their perception and options, and by modeling and commenting when students behave in ways that promote learning, growth and success.

The target population is elementary and middle public school children needing additional assistance referred by the teacher and/or resource personnel.
