Medication and Conflict Resolution Center (MCRC): MCRC provides free, neutral, quality conflict resolution and promotes peaceful conflict resolution. Through this program Restorative Practices offered in the services of Restorative Dialogue(RD) conflict resolution when more than one youth are referred concerning the same incident and Restorative Reflection (RR) conflict resolution when only one youth is referred. Responisve Circles are also provided to schools within Howard County.

For performance measurement-The percentage who have completed three restorative sessions: There is only one restorative session to be completed by the client. If the issue continues then there may be another session if needed. Having to complete three restorative sessions is not a part of the program. The goal is to come to a resolution and/or agreement in the first session.
