TFN Board chose to discontinue funding for this program at the end of FY18. Services expanded to Mentoring and Support Groups program. 

Resource Systems Navigator to provide children and families impacted by incarceration with case management and resource linkage that can be conducted in the home or other preferred location.  Support group for Caregivers of children with incarcerated parents to mitigate common stressors on the caregivers and ultimately the children.
