The program had challenges in outreach. To also include the transition of a staff member leaving the organization. Some families remained and some families decided to go with other services.

Humanium 

The Case Manger built a great report with the families and youth.  The Case Manger was able to recognize and solve the challenges of duplication of services within each agency as well as thier own. To reduce duplication, team meetings were held to disucss what services each could provide to the families and youth without duplicating. 

This is a Family and Children's Services program. Service navigators off case management, crisis intervention, service navigation and linkage, behavior assessment and referral, counseling and psychiatric services, workforce development, life skills education, delinquency and substance abuse assessment.

Target Howard County youth 5 to 25 years of age.
