A Master's Level trauma based Therapist provides theraputic interventions, to include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, for youth of incarcerated parents and their families.

Youth Thrive was a new program in FY19 that required a formal bidding process to select a vendor. As a new program, procurement could not begin until the Community Partnership Agreement (CPA) between CCFN and GOC was fully executed. The CCFN received the CPA in February, at which time the procurement process began. The contract for this program was awarded to Southern Maryland Community Network (SMCN) in June 2019. Due to contracting and procurement proceedures, no services were rendered in FY19.
