Building Youth Resiliency seeks to link this vulnerable population with critical resources in areas such as: mental health services, medical services, shelter, employment and education. By linking the Building Youth Resiliency's case manager, licensed clinician and psychiatrist, the team develops a personalized care plan that places each individual on a path to stability.
Program Summary
Building Youth Resiliency of Family and Children's Service is a service navigation program offering case management, crisis intervention, service navigation and linkage, behavioral assessment and referral, counseling and psychiatric services, workforce development, life skills education, delinquency and substance abuse assessment.
